Is seekerbridge non-custodial?
Yes. seekerbridge never holds your funds. Each swap generates a one-time deposit address. You send crypto from your own wallet to that address, and our exchange partner sends the converted coins directly to the payout address you specified.
How secure are my data and my connection?
Every connection between the app and our backend is encrypted with TLS/SSL (HTTPS) over modern HTTP/2. seekerbridge uses no tracking or analytics SDKs and collects no personal data. Security-critical operations like API signing happen exclusively server-side — never on your device. With an optional refund wallet, your coins come back if a swap can't complete.
Do I need to register an account?
No. There is no signup, no email required for swaps, and no KYC for standard swap limits. Open the app, pick your pair, send.
Is there an AI assistant?
Yes. A built-in AI assistant answers questions about swaps, chains and transaction status around the clock — right inside the app, without leaving the screen.
Can I customise the watchlist?
Yes. On first launch your watchlist comes pre-filled with the major coins. You can add or remove coins and reorder them freely with a long-press drag & drop — complete with live prices, 24h change and 7-day charts.
What fees does seekerbridge charge?
All fees are baked into the displayed exchange rate. Before you confirm, you see the breakdown: a service fee from our exchange partner Changelly (≈0.25%) and the blockchain network fee for the payout transaction. No hidden costs.
How long does a swap take?
Most swaps complete in 5–30 minutes. Faster chains (Solana, BNB, Polygon) settle quicker; Bitcoin can take longer due to confirmation times. The app shows live progress and push notifications at each stage.
Floating vs fixed rate — which should I pick?
Floating gives you the best market rate at the moment your deposit confirms — final amount can move ±1–3% with the market. Fixed locks the rate when you create the swap, slightly worse rate but no surprises. Use floating for stablecoins, fixed for volatile pairs in a hurry.
Which app stores is seekerbridge available on?
The Solana Seeker Store (with optional Mobile Wallet Adapter integration) and Google Play. Both versions are functionally identical — Seeker users get an extra "Connect Seeker Wallet" convenience option.
What if my swap doesn't arrive?
Every swap has a unique transaction ID. If a swap is stuck, a refund wallet you set will trigger an automatic return. You can also contact our exchange partner Changelly's support with the ID, or email seekerbridge@proton.me and we'll help track it down.
